Level 1 Triathlon Coach

coachThe level 1 triathlon coaching is the least rated and allows coached to deliver sessions independently. It is accessible to all learners regardless of their triathlon understanding. In this level, you shall learn aspects to deal with safety in coaching triathlon activities and how to prepare sessions.

You will also develop critical coaching and technical skills. The course can last for three days and comprise of a blend of discussions, assessments and practical. It may also include between 10 and 14 hours of home study learning and evaluation.

Level 2 Triathlon Coach

The level 2 triathlon coaching is available and accessible to those individuals who have the level 1 triathlon coaching certifications. The course covers the aspects of understanding and analysis athletes. You will also learn how to plan a series of sessions and how to work with a range of ages, aspirations, and abilities.

You shall also learn the basics coaching safety and first aid training for swimmers. Qualified level 2 coaches can plan, lead and execute coaching sessions for various athletes. They have the skills to work on a broad range of environments, not limited to coaching in open water.
